📚 Physical Products (Paperback & Signed Copies)

Unsigned Paperbacks

You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if the book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, email orders@theytriedtobreakme.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Signed Copies (Limited Editions)

Because each signed copy is unique and prepared personally, all sales are final.

We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged in transit. In this case, we will send a replacement where stock allows, or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

💻 Digital Products (PDF + EPUB)

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

If you experience issues accessing your files, contact orders@theytriedtobreakme.com and we will re-send or assist with download access.
⏱ Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
