🔄 Refunds & Returns Policy

At They Tried to Break Me, we value your trust. Every order matters to us. Below you’ll find clear guidelines for refunds and returns.

📚 Physical Products (Paperback & Signed Copies)

  • Unsigned Paperbacks

    • You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if the book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • To request a return, email orders@theytriedtobreakme.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Signed Copies (Limited Editions)

    • Because each signed copy is unique and prepared personally, all sales are final.

    • We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged in transit. In this case, we will send a replacement where stock allows, or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

💻 Digital Products (PDF + EPUB)

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

  • If you experience issues accessing your files, contact orders@theytriedtobreakme.com and we will re-send or assist with download access.

⏱ Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
